Your First Visit
We'll help you know what to expect and make your first visit feel as comfortable as possible.
Before you arrive: a simple checklist
- Photo ID and current insurance information, including your Medi-Cal Benefits Identification Card (BIC) if you have one
- A list of current medications
- Any prior dental records or X-rays you have access to
- A written list of questions or concerns
- Arrive a few minutes early to complete any paperwork
What happens at your visit
We listen first. You'll receive a thorough examination and a real conversation about what we find and what your options are. We support English, Spanish, Chinese, Farsi, Filipino, Arabic, and Turkish, and we'll always move at your pace.
Before treatment begins, you'll receive a clear written explanation of your options, costs, and expected timeline. We do not schedule treatment without your full understanding and agreement.

From the 60 (Pomona) Freeway, exit at Diamond Bar Boulevard and head north. The office is at 618 North Diamond Bar Blvd., with free parking on site and accessible spaces available.
