Maxwell M. Nazari, DDS, MS

Prosthodontist & Fellowship-Trained Oral Surgeon

Nazari has practiced dentistry since 1991. He completed a three-year prosthodontics residency at Loma Linda University, followed by an implant surgery fellowship focused on implant placement, bone grafting, and soft-tissue management. He also earned a Master of Science from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.

His philosophy is built on trusting relationships: listening carefully, understanding what matters to each patient, and pairing advanced care with an unhurried, reassuring approach. Outside the office, he enjoys exercise, travel, and time with his family.

Rachel Lim, DMD

Board-Certified Endodontist

Lim earned her DMD with honors from Western University of Health Sciences and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of the Pacific and practiced general dentistry for five years.

She then completed her specialty certificate in Endodontics at Columbia University and became board certified by the American Board of Endodontics in 2022. Her calm, comfort-focused style helps make tooth-pain and root-canal visits feel more understandable and less intimidating. She enjoys hiking, exploring new cities, and time with loved ones.

Board-Certified Periodontist & Dental Implant Specialist

Singh earned his DMD at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in Periodontology and Implants at Loma Linda University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, with a clinical focus on periodontics and dental implants.

He continues to teach at Western University School of Dentistry and is an active speaker with dental societies across Southern California. Every treatment plan begins with a conversation and an individual clinical evaluation.

Nadia wants every patient to feel heard and understood—and to leave the office with a smile. Her warmth and sense of humor make her a reassuring guide through treatment decisions.

Outside the office: Nadia treasures time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys Zumba, music, nails, massages, coffee, tea, sweet treats, the beach, and the mountains. An early bird with a gift for comedy, she believes in staying thankful and trusting that there is a plan—even when life is not always “easy lemon squeezy.”

Outside the office: Moty enjoys the gym, reading, organizing everything so she can find it later, and asking questions about wonderfully random topics. She recharges by sleeping and talking, and loves tea, sweet and savory food, cats, the beach, and the mountains. Happy people, good food, and seeing love always make her smile.
