Request an appointment using the form below. You don't need to have the right dental words or know which treatment you need—we'll listen and help you from there. Please do not include medical details in the form; we'll talk through everything privately.
Meet your care team
At your first visit, we listen first. You'll receive a thorough examination and a real conversation about what we find and what your options are. We support English, Spanish, Chinese, Farsi, Filipino, Arabic, and Turkish, and we'll always move at your pace.
Choose with confidence
Before treatment begins, you'll receive a clear written explanation of your options, costs, and expected timeline. We do not schedule treatment without your full understanding and agreement.
Insurance & Financing
Care that fits your life.
We accept Medi-Cal Dental (also known as Denti-Cal) and welcome PPO dental plans. Our team reviews your coverage, answers questions, and helps with the insurance paperwork.
Nadia, our insurance and patient support specialist, is happy to review your specific plan before your appointment.
For treatment not covered by insurance, or for patients without coverage, we offer flexible financing through Cherry and CareCredit.
