Frequently Asked Questions
Straightforward answers about scheduling, insurance, and what happens at your visit.
How do I request an appointment?
Use the appointment request form on our New Patients page, or call (909) 598-9097. Your appointment is not confirmed until our team contacts you directly.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medi-Cal Dental (Denti-Cal) and all PPO dental plans, including Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, and more. Our team verifies your specific benefits before treatment.
Do you accept Medi-Cal Dental (Denti-Cal)?
Yes. Bring your Medi-Cal Benefits Identification Card (BIC), and our team will verify eligibility, covered services, and any required authorization before treatment.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
We offer flexible financing through Cherry and CareCredit for treatment not fully covered by insurance. Ask our team during your consultation.
What languages does your team speak?
Care is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Farsi, Filipino, Arabic, and Turkish. Let us know your preferred language when scheduling.
Do I need a referral to see one of your specialists?
No. You can call us directly. If your dentist refers you, they can send our specialist referral form, and we'll coordinate with them.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, your current insurance information if applicable, a list of medications, and any questions you'd like to discuss. See our first-visit checklist for the full list.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call our office as early as possible at (909) 598-9097 so we can offer your appointment time to another patient and find a new time that works for you.
Do you treat dental emergencies?
Yes. Call our office and describe what's happening so our team can guide you to the safest next step; appointment availability depends on the day and clinical need. See our dental emergencies page for more.
